From Pop-Up to Institution
We started doing pop-ups outside clubs, serving hungry crowds who craved real food after hours. The response was overwhelming. People weren't just hungry - they were tired of fast food being their only late-night option.
Fire Jerk Oasis
Today, we have our home base at 737 NW 79th St - Fire Jerk Oasis. It's a space where we can serve our community during the day while still maintaining our late-night pop-up presence across Miami.
